Gray is 18

Not to be outdone by Wilbert, Gray needed to be in the spotlight too. I got Gray on my 10th birthday, so we've been together for 18 years. I told him he needs to stay around for 2 more to make it an even 20. Does anyone know the record for the oldest cat?

Loved your blog site. Hadn't really seen it before on your messages. Nice photo of grandma and cat. You lead a full life. How nice to have a ROOMFUL of friends for the send-off/birthday par-tay. And I think your dog is just perfect. Makes me want one too! God is good all the time. All the time, God is good. Love knowing you. Edwina

WooWoo for Gray and Wilbert (who is just too cute, by the way)... I don't know about the oldest living cat, but I know that indoor woobies (cats) can live to be at least 20! :-)

Just to let you know, your fans are waiting for an update with pics of the new pad and surroundings. Not to mention a few snaps of Wilbert J.

The oldest reliably recorded cat was a female tabby named Ma, owned by Alice St. George Moore of Drewsteignton, England. This cat was put to sleep on November 5, 1957 at the age of 34 years.
